If you are serious about affiliate marketing, it is more important than ever to cloak your affiliate links. If you are not familiar with link cloaking, it is basically a way to hide your affiliate link and help protect you from lost commissions due to link theft and other actions. For example, instead of a link on your site looking like www.productsite.com/youraffiliateid, you can link to www.yoursite.com/product. This allows for much cleaner looking links and helps to protect your affiliate information.

Some of the other cloaking software that I've seen in the past are actually a pain to use and involve uploading files to your server each time you want to cloak a new link. This is fortunately not the case with Easy Link Manager.
The big difference between Easy Link Manager and many of the other available cloaking programs is that it is actually a web-script that you load onto the server for each site you want to use it with. Installation is very easy and takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Installation does involve creating a mysql database, but if you are not familiar with how to do that, your web host can easily help you out.
Once you install the program on your server, it is extremely simple to set up a new cloaked link. Just log into the admin panel and type the name of the link, the full affiliate link, and what you want to name your cloaked link. Push a button and you're set up. It is really that easy. The admin panel will list all of your cloaked links and will even keep track of how many times each link has been clicked.
Overall this program is a great value at $17. It will save you a lot of time in the long run and easily pay for itself by reducing lost affiliate sales. If you are looking for an easy and effective way to create more attractive and protected links, Easy Link Manager is an excellent option.
