I use the Market Samurai Keyword Research tool to find low competition keywords with high traffic. I check out the competition using the Competition tool and see if I can beat them to the top. Then I build up my site using the find content tool so I can easily test out the niche without having to write my own content. After that I move on to the Promotion tool and build up some high quality back links. After that I use the Monetization tool and make sure I make some good money off my visitors. If the site is doing good enough I can move on to Adwords and maximize my income stream.
